i dont know what happened. i was sitting on my easychair the entire day, preparing for my usmle step 1 exam. by evening, i couldnt stand straight. a terrible pain in my back prevented me from bending sideways also. it was difficult getting up from bed, standing from a sitting position...

i got myself x-rayed. the L5 vertebra didnt seem quite right. so my dad advised me to stop playing tennis for a couple of months till i go to hyderabad and take my usmle step 1 exam, and then get an mri done. no games for me!! how am i going to live!!

it was probably due to the slumped posture that i usually assume when i am on my chair. well, i am trying to sit right from now on!
